About Me

Hi, it’s Patty! My heart is to see workplaces truly adopting inclusivity. I help organizations and thought leaders reach their D&I goals. I believe that we are not to "do inclusion" but rather to "be inclusive". I love presenting on this topic as a keynote speaker to a vast range of industries. I also provide masterclasses and I'm an advisor, strategist, and researcher. Inclusion should be both felt and measured, and over the years I have developed several frameworks to achieve long-lasting, culture-shifting results. At the core, I’ve realized that it all starts with human character. I'm also the CEO of Inclusionem, where we create data-driven inclusion in organizations - fit for humans and fit for the future.
